Default Loading skill templates to hero skill bars

Problem :
Presently transferring builds between heroes is not very handy.
If you get a skill template, you need to save it first in your local file system before beeing able to load it for any of your heroes.

Proposal :

When we display template from heroes, it opens a template window.
* Currently : If we change the string template and press Load, the template will be loaded in player skill bar.
* Change to : Template to be loaded to the currently displayed character (hero or player, when you press I or K).

Do this for skill templates, and per extension for PvP equipment templates.

This would save maybe a few seconds? I don't think this is really worth ANet's effort. /notsigned.

actually i wounder if it wasn't the intended feature...
it looks buggy to me, you display hero skill template, you press load (when possible) and it goes in your skill bar...

I agree, this does get annoying for I change builds a lot and don't feel like saving them. Something needs to change.

i was just thinking about how freakin annoying this was the other day. tried to copy and paste into a hero and ended up changing my bar. didn't have my bar saved so i had to change it back manually, forgot to change attributes. big failure on my part.

Do you guys even realize how hard some of your suggestions would be to code?

Nice bit of convenience to add.

That gets terribly annoying, and does cost me more time than "a few seconds."

Actually yes, it would be one of easiest end user UI fix.
It changes the data flow stream but you only need to change UI behaviour code.

It will help a bit to the people who change builds a lot. We are often pinging bunch of builds between guildies and this will make it more convenient. /Signed

I do not see any drawbacks to this system.
